Not so good, thank you

I've come back from a long hike with no part of my body that didn't hurt--that was NOTHING. There is now, officially, a war going on inside my body. I'm not sure, but I think the orcs are winning right now. Intellectually, I know that I will feel better in a few days--that few days are looking very long. I just hung out yesterday. The one joy was a Giants win. This will be another "just get through it" day. I will. I'm still tough.
xxooxx

You are tough - I have no doubt you'll beat this. That doesn't mean you're not going to hate doing it! I hate that you have to do it - so not fair. We all know nothing is, but it sucks when it's not fair all over you. Love you, Anne --

Hang in there Anne. There's lots of us out there counting on you to be there when we make it past our first degree. Which, appearently, is now going to happen thanks to all of your support and love.

Bleah. Not fun. Sending you love in the midst of the yuckness.

Well, I wrote something to you here yesterday, but I guess it didn't stick. Something along the lines of:
There is a war raging, and you will prevail in it. Remember that love is on your side, and love always wins over fear.

And... A couple of hours with Kruk and Kuip is not a bad way to pass the time when you have a lot of time to pass. Go Gigantes!
